Never Forget - The ICMG Petition

Hasbro Hosts Google Hangout Q&A for Collector Sites

The fine folks at Hasbro took some time out of their busy schedules to host a Google Hangout Q&A with a number of collector sites. Check out the answers to our questions below!

First, when we asked about Rogue One vehicles, Hasbro confirmed that what we've seen so far is it for this year. If you were hoping for a 3.75" scale Imperial Hover Tank, you'll have to wait a bit longer (and hope it shows up in other entertainment).

Second, we asked about the fate of TFA General Leia and TFA Luke figures that have been rumored and confirmed a number of times over the last year but still aren't here. Hasbro says both are still coming, in 3.75" and 6" forms. Look for both in Fall 2017.

We also asked about when we're likely to see a 6" Bespin Han or 6" Endor Han (yes, a selfish question from this die-hard Han Solo fanboy ). The outlook isn't great for the immediate future, but Han is a fan favorite, so we'll see them some time, eventually - maybe by the 40th Anniversary of ESB or during the Han-heavy rush once the Han solo movie hits.

We also asked Hasbro how the accelerated pace of the Disney Star Wars movies has messed up their scheduling. Hasbro has said a number of times over the years that the usual development time for new products is between 12 and 18 months. With a movie every 12 months, Hasbro admitted it has complicated some things. Maybe they'd like to test out a new joint or new paint ap technique, but there isn't always time under such a rigid pace between movies. A good reminder that making all these things we love isn't as easy as it sounds.

Finally, we've posted a review of the other answers Hasbro gave during the session in our forums for you to check out, but we encourage you to stop by the other participants in our Q&A Hangout - Yakface.com, Jedi News, and Star Wars Action News - to see their coverage of the event as well!
